Here's an audio interview that played around 16,000 times on American Airlines flights throughout February of 2007. It's only about three minutes long and it's on the subject of CRM (customer relationship management). It's hard to pack in the info with about 60 seconds per question!
Not really an interview, but cool none-the-less. I was recently a lucky recipient of the Midland's Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award, an award that recognizes the accomplishments of entrepreneurs under 40 years old. They asked me to judge the event the following year, which was a great honor.
