With that out of the way, again I say "welcome" to my little bit of space in this virtual land. I've got an updated bio page (so you can find out if you like me or hate me),
pages on Music (I play guitar and collect vintage gear), a discussion forum (The Lounge), the required blog, and other pages of topics that interest me.
The Effects Racking Project
I've recently started the mother of all effects projects: racking my effects pedals!
The idea is to put all of those wonderful, colorful effects pedals in a rack and
run the whole shebang with an intelligent floor switching unit that can turn on
and off multiple effects with the tap of a single button. The concept is awesome,
the end result should be awesome, but the process is painful! Check out my rack project page for more information.

Exciting Update: I've finally decided on the topic of my next original book and
it's not what you might expect. While I'm still working on re-writes of my two Teach
Yourself books for Sams Publishing, I'm currently working on an original fiction
book! I'm so excited I can hardly stand it! :) I'm a huge fan of Terry Brooks, so
expect something along those lines; an epic fantasy where good and bad aren't always
black and white. This is my first non-fiction book, so I'm unsure as to a timetable
of completion, but I'll update the site on the status every month or so.
